FrozenHaddock Tutorials: Simple Masking In this tutorial you will learn how to use masking to create a simple, yet effective 1. Start off by drawing whatever it is you want to mask,
2. Then create a second layer with the ‘new layer’ button
3. After that create a shape that will be how much of your object you can see.
4. Create a new keyframe on both layers (press F6)
5. Move the shape you created for the mask to the other side of the object you are masking.
6. Right click on layer 2 and select ‘Create Motion Tween’.
7. Right click layer 2 again and select ‘Mask’.
And VOILA it is done. And here's our finished effect-
